With music, Sofia has had opportunities to play solo literature, as well as sacred music for events and services in addition to performing within multi‐instrumental duos, trios, quartets, and various chamber groups and ensembles. She especially enjoys partaking in collaborative work and ensemble projects with other musicians. Collaborative recitals have included the works of Debussy, Doppler, Reinecke, Bolling, as well as works by contemporary composers Ian Clarke and Herman Beeftink.

Sofia will be attending the University of Nebraska at Omaha with scholarship in the fall of 2022 for a Master's degree in Flute Performance, under the pedagogical instruction of flutist Dr. Christine Erlander Beard. She holds a Bachelor of Music Performance degree with a concentration in flute performance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She has partaken in masterclasses with American flutist Carol Wincenc, Canadian flutist Christopher Lee, and Italian flutist Sergio Pallottelli, among others.
